Q: How do I become a Genco Business Systems customer?

A: Easy, just visit our website at and click the "Request an Account" link to fill out information about you and your business. Or you can contact us at 800.718.0018 and speak to one of our representatives.

Q: I forgot my user ID and/or account password

A: For security purposes we insist you contact us at 800.718.0018 to retrieve your user ID and password information.

Q: What if I don't receive my delivery on the scheduled date?

A: If you do not receive your order by 5 P.M. on the scheduled delivery date, contact Customer Service via email at or call 800.718.0018. UPS may deliver to residential addresses up to 7:00 p.m.

Q: How will I know if Genco Business Systems received my order?

A: Once an order you have placed for delivery has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email.

Q: How do I check my order history and how long is my order history saved?

A: When logged onto your account, click the shopping cart tab. Once the shopping chart page has finished loading, there are three subcategories listed (Order History, Order Entry and Quick Orders) directly under all the tabs listed. Finally, click "Order History" to view all orders submitted.

All order histories are saved and are viewable at any point of time. If for any reason you are unable to view your order history, please contact us at 800.718.0018 for assistance.

Q: Why is there sales tax on my order?

A: Genco Business Systems charges sales tax on orders, based on the destination of the order, in accordance with state and local tax laws.

Q: How is sales tax calculated?

A: Genco Business charges sales tax based on the destination of the shipment and in accordance with state and local tax laws. Your shopping cart shows exact sales tax amount.

Q: What methods of payment does Genco Business Systems accept?

A: Genco Business Systems accepts all major credit cards. Genco can also invoice you on a net 30 days basis for customers seeking a revolving credit line. Genco is also able to send invoices to your e-mail address.

Q: Can I receive a discount if I purchase in large quantities?

Q: Where do I enter my Purchase Order(s)?

A: After reviewing all your items listed in the shopping cart, simply click "Send Order". Once clicked, one final page will appear listing all shipping information. At the bottom of that page, a line labeled P.O. is available for you to enter any purchase order information.

Q: Can I add or delete items from an already submitted order?

A: Most orders are transmitted immediately to our fulfillment centers where it is processed and shipped quickly

If you want to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible, by calling 800.718.0018. We will check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes. If your order has already been transmitted to our warehouse for shipping, we will not be able to make changes to the order and it will ship as is. If that is the case and you would like to place an additional order, please contact customer service at 800.718.0018, or you can simply refuse delivery if that is more convenient for you.

Q: What if want to cancel my order?

A: Notify us right away by calling 800.718.0018 or by email at Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our warehouses and we may not be able to cancel your order. If your order is past the cancellation point, simply refuse delivery and contact customer service.

Q: What if there are any issues with my order?

A: Please contact customer service at 800.718.0018 with any problems or concerns you may have.

Q: My catalog pricing does not match Genco's online price?

A: Our catalogs are mass produced at the end of the previous year and because of current economic conditions, certain pricing will fluctuate. For the most up-to-date pricing, please visit and login to your account.

Q: How do I return something I've ordered from the internet?

A: Simply log onto your account via and click the "Returns" tab located on the upper right side of your screen. Once loaded, select the dropdown box and locate your order in which the product you want to return is in. After clicking on your order, your order will open and all products purchased within that order will appear. Simply select the quantity of the product you would like to return, check the box directly to the right and click return items.

Once completed, Genco Business Systems will be notified by email and will send a UPS® shipping label via fax. Please place the UPS® shipping label on the returning item(s) and leave for the next available UPS® delivery driver. Please allow 2-3 business days for Genco to process your return request.

Q: When will my return be picked up?

A: We will arrange pick up of your returned item, between the hours of 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., M-F, excluding holidays. Returns are generally picked up within three to five business days. Pick up times may vary based on courier and location of product.

Q: My organization is tax exempt. How do I not get charged tax?

A: If this is your first time purchasing from Genco Business Systems, please follow the steps below.

Step 2: On a cover sheet, please include your company's name and telephone number. Please do not write on your tax certificate.

Once Genco's tax department has verified your taxable status, all taxes will be waived.
